Homesteader Flash Collar
Flash collar for the bottom of the flagpole on top of the ground.
Two different sizes, one size for the 10', 15' & 20' flagpole with the 2" butt diameter and the other size for the 25' flagpole with the 2 1/2" butt diameter.
It has a 8" outside diameter with a 2 1/4" height and has a clear anondized finish.
