Shipping Policy
All orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point NY. This means that the title of the goods passes to the buyer at the shipping point. All shipping fees, unless otherwise stated, and risks are the responsibility of the buyer at the point of shipping.
On the days before July 4th, orders may take longer to ship than the usual 2-3 business days, so please use the appropriate type of shipping to assure on time delivery. If you have any question about what type of shipping method to use, please call us. We will be happy to help.
We use either United Parcel Service(UPS) or United States Postal Service(USPS) for our shippers. The following are the shipping times for UPS: Ground takes 2-5 days; Next Day is guaranteed the next business day by 10:30 AM; 2nd Day will arrive 2 days after shipment; 3rd Day will arrive 3 days after shipment. Saturdays & Sundays are not included in transportation time. ( for example, a Next Day Air shipment made on Friday will arrive on Monday)
