Halloween, which is celebrated on October 31st, is the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. It starts the triduum of Allhallowtide, which also includes All Saints Day and All Souls Day. This is the time in the Christian calendar dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed believers.
Within Allhallowtide, the traditional focus of All Hallows' Eve revolves around the theme of using humor and ridicule to confront the power of death and it is strongly associated with symbols such as the jack-o'-lantern.. Halloween activities include trick-or-treating while wearing costumes, ghost tours, costume parties, & visiting haunted attractions.

Each Halloween Pleated Fan has 3 grommets for easy hanging. These are the only Flag Buntings that are actually pleated so they can fold back into its original pleats for storage and no ironing is needed when taking them back out for the next use. Each color stripe is stitched to the next color with a clean finish, double stitched hem.
The way pleated fans are measured is the 1st number is the drop down and the second number is the top width. For example, a 12" x 24" pleated fan is 24" across the top and drops down 12".
