Consent by Buyer

Order acceptance clause: By submitting an order, the customer accepts Independence Bunting & Flag's terms and is responsible for the purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Proof of order clause: The electronic record of the customer's transaction and their acceptance of the T&Cs is conclusive evidence of their acceptance of the order. 

Payment terms: The accepted payment methods are: 1) Credit Cards ( VISA, American Express, Mastercard & Discover); 2) Check; 3) Purchase Orders by U.S. Government Organizations and must be accompanied by a written purchase order. Any purchase orders not paid on time is subject to 1 1/2 monthly fee . By providing payment information, the customer represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Governing law clause: The jurisdiction whose laws will govern our T&Cs is New York State.

Returns Policy

All products manufactured and sold by Independence Bunting & Flag Corp. are made to very exacting standards. For any items that are defective, we will either exchange your item for new ones or refund your money, at your discretion. To be considered defective there must be damage in the workmanship of the product.

Independence Bunting and Flag will accept returns of unused items in same condition as received by customer for a period of 30 days.

If items returned are not in the same condition as received by customer and are not resalable, no refund will be made.

Any customer requesting a return must first contact us at 800-995-9129 to request a return authorization. Please call between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00 PM EDT.

There is a 20% restocking fee only on bunting sold by the yard. All shipping charges incurred by Independence Bunting & Flag on all stock items returned for non-defective reasons will not be refunded. For all non-defective returns the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser and are freight pre-paid. Custom orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Without you, the Customer, we cannot survive. Therefore we will make sure that your experience with us is a pleasant and satisfying one. Our customer’s satisfaction with our products and service is extremely important to us.


Shipping

All orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point NY. This means that the title of the goods passes to the buyer at the shipping point. All shipping fees, unless otherwise stated, and risks are the responsibility of the buyer at the point of shipping. Independence Bunting & Flag does not take responsibility nor can be held liable for a late delivery by a shipping service. 

 On the days before July 4th, orders may take longer to ship than the usual 2-3 business days, so please use the appropriate type of shipping to assure on time delivery. If you have any question about what type of shipping method to use, please call us. We will be happy to help.

 We use either United Parcel Service(UPS) or United States Postal Service(USPS) for our shippers. The following are the shipping times for UPS: Ground takes 2-5 days; Next Day is guaranteed the next business day by 10:30 AM; 2nd Day will arrive 2 days after shipment; 3rd Day will arrive 3 days after shipment. Saturdays & Sundays are not included in transportation time. ( for example, a Next Day Air shipment made on Friday will arrive on Monday)
